As President, a primary focus will be:

  • Preserving and growing the Heart-Centered Culture
  • Driving the mission of a 100-year legacy plan at REEP
  • Create, communicate, and implement the organization's vision and mission
  • Champion hiring and retaining Top Talent
  • Overseeing budgets, staff, and executive leadership and evaluating the success of the company and properties
  • Oversee budgets, team, and executive leadership
  • Ensure adherence to "The REEP Proven" processes
  • Ensure systems are updated and documented
  • Drive financial aspects and identify revenue opportunities
  • Lead and evaluate the leadership team, ensuring daily operations align with the company's philosophies
  • Maintain visibility at Apartment Associations
  • Meet with board members to assess company direction and mission compliance
Experience, Requirements and Skills

  • 8+ years proven work experience as a President or high-level role in multi-family
  • Experience in overseeing 10,000+ units
  • Demonstrated visionary skills with an ability to see growth opportunities as well as identify issues
  • Ability to hire people based on their unique ability, put them in the right place and retain talented employees
  • Maintaining and growing a culture of people first
  • Bring to fruition a process system builder
  • Financial and operational knowledge of multi-family
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Berevement Leave
When dealing with a loss it’s important to take the time to grieve and process it. We provide 5 days for immediate family loss and 3 days for a loss in your extended family.
PTO (paid time off)
At REEP, we promote work/life balance. Our full-time employees receive 10 PTO days, with an increase to 17 days after 2 years. Part-time employees receive 5 PTO days.
401(k) Plan
We want you to feel financially secure for your future. Matching 100% contributions up to 5% provides you the opportunity to build up your savings. If for any reason you leave after a year, the vested schedule starts off at 25% and increases to 100% after year 4.
Paid Training & Certifications
Field certifications and additional training are encouraged for our team members. Reimbursement is available for applicable certifications, training, and licenses.

We hold annual company-wide meetings & an annual picnic to have the opportunity for all employees to meet, catch up & learn about the current company operations.
Immediate Pay App
With this benefit, you can withdraw 35% of your earned pay between receiving paychecks. The amount you accessed will be deducted from your next paycheck.
Medical Insurance
REEP offers insurance to full-time team members through two different Humana plans, allowing you to choose which plan fits your family’s needs the best. REEP covers 50% of the monthly premium cost for the first year of employment and will then cover 75%. Through both plans, you have access to Dr. on Demand. This benefit allows you to see a board-certified doctor for non-emergency care at home using a smart device or computer
Through Humana you can select Dental insurance for you and your family. All preventive services are covered at 100% without meeting deductible. A few of these services include 2 routine oral exams a year, 2 routine cleanings a year, oral cancer screening, and fluoride treatments.
Select Humana’s Vision Insurance and use benefits like $160 allowance on new frames and other low cost services for vision care.
Paid Life Insurance
Our Life insurance is offered through Humana’s Basic Life plan, allowing you to have a plan in place to help your beneficiary financially in case death occurs. This coverage includes Accelerated Death Benefits & Accidental Death or Bodily Injury.
Paid Short-Term Disability
REEP offers Short Term Disability through Mutual of Omaha. If you become disabled due to an Injury or Sickness, while insured under the Policy, REEP will pay the Weekly Benefit. Benefits begin after you satisfy the Elimination Period. You must satisfy the Elimination Period with consecutive days of Disability to receive benefits. The Elimination Period begins on the first day of Disability. If your Disability is a result of an Injury, there is no Elimination Period. Benefits will begin immediately. If your disability begins more than 7 calendar days after your Injury date, the Elimination Period for Sickness applies. If your Disability is a result of a Sickness, the Elimination Period is 7 calendar days.
